JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement and deliver successful web development projects and standard web applications
• Modify pre-existing code, design new products and applications, test and create new products and application
• Quality control, testing, launch and support of technical solutions
• Collaborate with team to create a personal development plan to define goals for growth in knowledge, skills, leadership, and company-wide initiatives
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, Flexible, resourceful, Organized; able to simultaneously handle multiple projects and priorities
• Technical Interests:
 Web Development, Cutting-Edge Technology, Database Architecture, Web Applications, Geeking Out on Killer Code

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Proven web development expertise creating well designed and usable websites
• Work with several programming languages including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, Django, Python, AJAX, JavaScript, PHP
• Good design knowledge and familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash
• Experience developing user interface using Django is a definite plus
• Experience with mobile web design is a plus
• Experience with social network API is a plus
• Experience with SEO is a plus
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Barat.

You need to be excited by the challenge of scaling web infrastructure, even if that means getting your hands dirty with all of the things it takes to make an early tech product release fast. We are open with someone junior who shows promise.
